Dear Visitor
as you know,
Areco Italia S.p.A. in compliance with the provisions of the law and with a view to ensuring fairness and transparency in the conduct of its business, has set up a computerised "Whistleblowing" system, available to anyone who wishes to report situations relevant to the law or internal regulations.
With this vademecum, we provide you with the path to follow to make a report and some information on the company's procedures for reporting offences.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REPORT
The report must refer to breaches of the law or internal procedures and regulations, including the Code of Ethics and MOGC 231. Therefore, reports concerning complaints, personal requests or, more generally, irrelevant circumstances may not be taken into account.
Reports must be made in good faith, circumstantiated and based on precise and concordant factual elements, also in order not to waste the effectiveness of the tool made available to you. Anyone who makes reports with malice or gross negligence that subsequently prove to be unfounded may be subject to disciplinary sanctions.
HANDLING OF REPORTS
In order to protect the whistleblower, the reported person and the other persons involved as much as possible, the necessary security measures have been taken: regardless of whether the whistleblower chooses to make a report anonymously or not (as indicated in Section 5 below), the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report are kept confidential by means of secure protocols and encryption tools that protect the personal data and information provided. The identity of the whistleblower is never disclosed without his or her consent, except in the cases provided for by the legislation in force. The body responsible for handling reports is the external member of the Areco Italia Spa Supervisory Board.
In addition to the information provided, we invite you to read the "whistleblowing" procedure issued by the Company, available at this link Whistleblowing.
2. Follow the instructions received with the e-mail containing the Unique Access Credentials;

confidentiality provided for by law.
6. Once the reporting method has been established, the reporter proceeds by filling in the form. Fields marked with an * are mandatory. Some fields are open and must have a minimum number of characters.
